When booking in for a Newborn session Moochies newborn photography would need a £20 non refundable deposit to secure your spot this can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

When to book in for a newborn shoot?
It's best booking in a Newborn shoot just after you're 20 week scan to avoid missing out on any appointments . But don't stress if little one is already here as Jessica can take on any last minute bookings.
How do you book if little one isn't here yet ?
Jessica books the session on your due date. Once little one has made an appearance you message Jessica once you are home from hospital and you book the official session date & time.
Where does the newborn session take place?
Jessica does the newborn sessions from her home in Eastbourne, Westham. In a very cozy and very warm room. with a big sofa so all clients can make them self at home. Jessica provides a very relaxing environment so mummy and daddy can sit back with a cup of tea and finally relax.
How long will the newborn session take?
The session can take 2-4 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding and comforting.
What to bring to a Newborn session?
Bring the usual changing bag with some extra feeds if you are bottle feeding. If little one has a dummy bring this to the session also. Moochies newborn photography provides the wraps, headbands and hats ect.. But if you would like to bring something along to the session please do so.
Newborn feeding.
Mummy's are generally instructed to wait to do a feed at the beginning of the session at my home studio so that the baby is nice and sleepy. This way we can start straight away. But if Baby is having a melt down for the boobie or bottle don't stress and give him/her a feed before arriving, we can work around them!
Newborn poses
Jessica Keeps her sessions very natural, she will ask what kind of images and poses you'd like before the session starts. Most newborn sessions Baby will be nakey at some point and baby might poop or pee! And it's ok!! Jessica is used to it it doesn't bother her. She just grab another blanket and move on or just rock the outfit she's wearing that's been covered in wee and poop for the rest of the session.
Can parents get a few photos too?
At the moment Jessica's space is a little small so unfortunately no family photos are on offer at the moment.
Can siblings be included?
At the moment, Jessica only has a small space and unfortunately, no sibling photos can take place at this moment.
Is Moochies right for you?
When choosing a newborn photographer you need to think about what images you want to be captured, if you're looking for a natural newborn session then Moochies will be perfect for you. Moochies newborn photography style is a more laid back style with no crazy props and mostly neutral tones of creams, whites, grey and browns with some hints of pinks and blues. If you're wanting to captures lots of colours with lots of props then Moochies isn't for you.
